Puri | Stuffed Puri | Green Peas Puri

Puri | Stuffed Puri | Green Peas Puri who doesn't love puri and when a puri is packed with a super spicy green peas stuffing then it will just make your day. Here we are presenting you with a stuffed puri and the stuff is made out of green peas. Green peas are one of my personal favourite they tastes just awesome. This stuffed puri will be a perfect Sunday brunch.

These puri's are so yummy that you have to cheat yourself if following a any diet , a cheat day will be definitely worthy. Some important points to note are this dough should be bit harder or else it will absorb the oil while deep frying. And the peas mixture should be fried till all its moisture is absorbed then it will reside well inside the puri. For a single puri we have to take a lemon sized ball and the peas mixture should be half of the dough's size.We can also add all purpose flour along with wheat flour but here we have only used wheat flour. This goes well with curd and pickle or aloo dum will be a perfect combination.
